School Transport Incharge · Fleet & Safety · 15 yrs

Every child home safe, every route on time.

15 years running school transport — routes, buses, drivers, GPS, safety drills and the anxious parent call at 3:15 when a bus is five minutes late. I treat every seat as someone's child, because it is. Fifteen years, thousands of daily journeys, and a safety record I'll put in front of any board.

Every child home safe, every route on time

I came up through logistics and moved into school transport because the stakes felt real in a way freight never did — these aren't parcels, they're children whose parents trust a stranger with a steering wheel twice a day. That trust is the whole job, and I've spent fifteen years earning it one safe journey at a time.

I've built transport operations from a handful of buses to a thirty-two-vehicle fleet with live GPS, trained and retained drivers in a tough labour market, cleared every RTO fitness and CBSE safety audit, and kept a clean major-incident record across millions of kilometres. The number I'm proudest of is the one that never happened — the accident we prevented with a routine.

If your school or trust needs a transport incharge who treats safety as non-negotiable, keeps compliance watertight, handles drivers and parents with equal steadiness, and can be reached and trusted at 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. — my record and references are ready. Hand me the fleet that worries you.

03 · How I run it

Safety is a routine, not a slogan

Nothing about school transport is allowed to be 'mostly fine'. A bus is a classroom on wheels carrying the school's most precious cargo through the least controllable environment there is — traffic. So safety can't be a slogan on the side of the bus; it has to be a routine that runs whether anyone's watching or not. Daily checks, trained drivers, live tracking, and a plan for every 'what if'. When parents stop worrying about the bus, I've done my job.

  1. CheckEvery bus, every morning — brakes, tyres, doors, first-aid, fire extinguisher, driver fitness. No check, no departure.
  2. RouteRoutes planned for safety and time, not just distance — pick-up points, turning, escort staff, and live GPS on every vehicle.
  3. TrainDrivers and attendants drilled on speed limits, child boarding, emergency evacuation and conduct. Skill and temperament both.
  4. CommunicateParents informed, delays flagged early, incidents escalated instantly. A calm, honest line is half of safety.
