I was the kid who took the ceiling fan apart to see why it slowed down. By Grade 10 I'd blown two fuses and read every popular-science book the library had — but nobody could tell me why any of it actually worked. So I became the teacher I'd wanted: one who treats a fifteen-year-old's 'but why?' as the most important question in the room.
Thirteen years on, I still teach for that kid, and just as hard for the one who's convinced they're 'bad at physics.' They're not — they've just been handed formulas before pictures. Intuition first, a clear mental model, then the mathematics that makes it precise. Never the reverse.

A good physics class is an experiment with a shape. You open with a question — a demo that shouldn't work but does — let the puzzle build, reach the turn where the equation and the world finally line up, then make them predict the next case on their own. Understanding isn't recall; it's the power to predict something you've never seen.
