I don't just take games period. I build athletes.

16 years as a PE teacher and coach across Grades 1–12 — athletics, team sports, fitness and games — building not just fitter kids but disciplined, confident ones. Every child on the field, every day, moving and improving.

01 The warm-up

Fit body, focused mind.

I was the skinny kid picked last, until a PE teacher spent ten minutes teaching me to sprint properly and something changed — not my times, my belief. I've spent sixteen years being that ten minutes for other kids, especially the ones hiding at the back hoping not to be picked.

My field has one rule: everybody plays. The natural athletes get pushed to state level; the ones who 'hate sports' find the one game that's theirs. I run structured sessions — warm-up, skill, game, cool-down — because discipline on the field becomes discipline everywhere, and a kid who learns to lose well has a head start on life.

If your school treats PE as central to how children grow — not a gap in the timetable — let's talk. Give me your least sporty class and one term.

03 The drill

Every class is a session

PE isn't the free period between real subjects — it's where kids learn to lose, get up, and try again, which is the only lesson that matters everywhere else. My sessions run like real training: a proper warm-up, a skill to master, and a game to test it in. Every child sweats, every child improves on their own personal best — nobody sits on the bench.

  1. Warm-up — get every heart rate up and every joint ready. No cold starts.
  2. Skill — one clear technique per session, drilled until it clicks.
  3. Game — put the skill under pressure, where the real learning happens.
  4. Cool-down & reflect — stretch, breathe, and name one thing you did better today.

My son hated sports and hid at the back. Coach Rohit found him the 800m. He's now the district champion. I still can't believe it.

He turned our games period into the best-run department in the school. Fitness scores and discipline both climbed.

Coach never let me quit a lap. First I hated him, then I made state. Now I get it.
