Honeymoons
Bali, Vietnam, Greece, Seychelles — paced for a couple that just survived a wedding. Surprise upgrades arranged quietly with the groom (or bride).
I'm Rohit Fernandes, travel designer for nineteen years. Booking apps are great — until a flight cancels in a country where you don't speak the language at 2 a.m. My clients call one number. It answers. That's the product.
Every itinerary is built from scratch — no copy-paste packages. Prices below are honest all-in starting points, not asterisk bait.
Bali, Vietnam, Greece, Seychelles — paced for a couple that just survived a wedding. Surprise upgrades arranged quietly with the groom (or bride).
Grandparents to toddlers in one itinerary — pacing, connecting rooms, wheelchair assist, and restaurants that won't defeat picky eaters.
Schengen visas handled in-house, rail passes over red-eye flights, and towns you haven't seen on Instagram yet.
Japan, UK, US, Australia — where the itinerary must be built around the visa, not after it. My refusal-turnaround record is the section below.
Small escorted groups (max 16) for 60+ travellers — my mother audits every itinerary for walking distances and bathroom stops. Seriously.
Kailash, Char Dham, and Goa-Portuguese heritage trails for families tracing their history. Slow, respectful, well-fed.
Sometimes you should! Weekend Goa trip, single hotel, no visa — use the app, save the fee. Here's where I earn mine:
Cancelled flight in Istanbul, medical issue in Bangkok, missed connection in Frankfurt — my clients call me, I fix it while they have coffee. Apps offer a chatbot and a refund form.
2 a.m. calls answered: all of them
Multi-country routing, visa sequencing, 12 people across 3 generations — the app shows you flights; it doesn't tell you the 55-minute Zurich connection is a trap.
2,400 itineraries of pattern-memory
I hold IATA agency rates and know when the app price is actually better — and I'll tell you so. My fee is transparent and often paid for by one avoided mistake.
Fee: ₹3–8k per trip, stated upfront
In-house documentation desk — 19 years of knowing exactly what each consulate wants to see. Fees below are service charges; government fees at actuals.
Refused elsewhere? Bring the refusal letter — reapplication case-building is my speciality, and I'll tell you honestly if reapplying now is a mistake.
Photograph — somewhere far away, sunburnt and happy
I started in 2007 issuing tickets in my uncle's agency in Margao, back when fares came off a green-screen terminal. The internet was supposed to kill this job. Instead it killed the boring parts — what's left is judgement, relationships and picking up the phone.
I've personally travelled 41 countries — usually in the off-season, checking the hotels I sell. My little black book: a street-food guide in Hanoi, a taxi fleet owner in Athens, a fixer at the Schengen visa centre who's seen every file mistake twice. That book is what you're really hiring.
"An app sells you a ticket. I'm accountable for the whole trip."
Honeymoon · Greece
Our Santorini hotel overbooked us at 11 PM. One call to Rohit — by midnight we were in a better room at a nicer hotel, upgrade paid by the original property. He was asleep in India and still fixed it.

Twelve of us, ages 6 to 74. Every transfer showed up, every room was connected, and the pacing meant nobody cried — including the adults. Worth every rupee of his fee.

Refused once through a portal agent. Rohit read the refusal letter, rebuilt the file, and told us exactly what had gone wrong. Approved in 12 days. Then he planned the trip too.
Preeti M.Sept 2025A flat planning fee of ₹3,000–8,000 per trip depending on complexity, stated before we start — plus standard commissions from hotels/operators, which exist whether you book through me or an app. No hidden markups: you see supplier invoices on request.
Often on hotels and packages, sometimes not on flights. When the app is cheaper, I say so and book it for you at that price — the fee covers my planning and support, not a pretence that I always win on price.
You call or WhatsApp me directly — not an office, me. Rebookings, hospital coordination, embassy contacts, lost passports: I've handled all of it. This is the actual product; the itinerary is just the beginning.
Small corporate offsites (up to 60 pax) yes; large MICE no — I refer those to a partner who does it better. I'd rather stay excellent at trips with names on them, not lanyards.
A 20-minute call, a rough plan with honest prices in 3 days, and no obligation. The dates you're dreaming about are booking out — start early.
Prices shown are indicative starting points for double-occupancy travel in standard season and vary with dates, availability and exchange rates. Visa approval rests solely with the issuing authority — high past approval rates are not a guarantee. IATA-accredited agency; all bookings covered by supplier terms shared before payment.
